![]() ![]() ![]() For reference, I am 5'8 180 pounds with pretty broad shoulders from lifting. Being stubborn and wanting to do this myself I scrapped that idea, moved my seat all the way back, steering wheel all the way up and got to work. I followed Avedis53's advice in trying to remove the lower instrument panel for better access but found there was just too much in the way, even if i could see the top of the pedal better. In incredibly technical terms, It IS possible to do this installation by yourself without removing ANYTHING. The manual also makes it seem quick but all in all, took me about 1.5 hours and a lot of head-scratching. On paper the install should be quick 2 minutes in and out. ![]() I've never cursed so much on an install of anything so "simple". I found Roar Pedal had a 12 pin connector after forum lurking and talking to one of the customer service reps and bought it for $169 with bluetooth shipped. I have a 2017 Q50RS with all the nanny tech installed and was looking to fix the "dead pedal" feeling so through forum searching found I needed a 12 pin connector for my motorized pedal. I'm making this post to share my experience and possibly help others with this installation. Hi guys, first post, sorry its a bit long. ![]()
